E      EVERYBODY

Please be scent-free upon arrival.
Some of our clients come to the salt room for Halotherapy sessions to alleviate the symptoms of allergic sensitivities.  Fragrances found in products and perfume applied intentionally can trigger unwanted reactions in others.  Please help us maintain our high quality micro-environment by not using products with fragrance, applying perfume or smoking before your salt therapy session.
Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session and check in at the front desk.
Sessions begin on the hour.  Please allow yourself time to check in, fill out an Intake Form and use the restroom if necessary.  Sessions are 45 minutes in duration and no one is to leave except in case of emergency.  This allows us to control conditions in the salt room as well as maintain a relaxing environment.
Complete an Intake Form.
On your first visit to the Waynesville Salt Room, please allow time to fill out our Welcome Intake Form.  We also request that we stay informed as to any major changes in your health.
Put on shoe covers.
Disposable shoe covers are provided for everyone to wear.  Please wear your shoe covers while in the salt room.  There is a receptacle in the reception area for used booties to go to recycling.
Store personal belongings.
We ask that valuables be left at home or locked in your car.  We have a space to store non-valuables at your own risk.  If an electronic device is brought into the salt room, please make sure it is completely silent and know that it is subject to salt.  A protective case or plastic bag is recommended.
Relax and breathe.
Wrap yourself in a blanket, lie back in a zero-gravity chair and enjoy being surrounded by salt in the halochamber.  Please resist the urge to touch the walls.  We ask that no food or drinks be brought into the salt room.

PG-13      CHILDREN 12 & UNDER

Children are encouraged to play in the salt, but not to throw it or touch the walls.
Children and family sessions are booked by calling or at the front desk.
